In your computer, you have loaded R33 version of mysql plugin and everything works good but on the host you loaded R6 which have different functions. Update to R39-5 to both host (there's mysql_static.so) and your computer to be up-to-date.

PC_Init is shown as not registered probably because of the different versions. The script has been compiled with v2.1 and you loaded v3.1.2
Load and re-compile the scripts with the latest version.

Yes, but it is always recommended to use the latest version. Re-compiling the script with R39-5 in your computer and then update the plugin's file is not that big deal.

EDIT: For the above, move nativechecker plugin last in server.cfg to get rid of the messages about not registered functions. The plugin has been loaded correctly so all good.
