Share both your full server_log.txt logs from both your computer and server when it starts up. You might be using the wrong mysql.so version.

In your computer, you have loaded R33 version of mysql plugin and everything works good but on the host you loaded R6 which have different functions. Update to R39-5 to both host (there's mysql_static.so) and your computer to be up-to-date.

PC_Init is shown as not registered probably because of the different versions. The script has been compiled with v2.1 and you loaded v3.1.2
Load and re-compile the scripts with the latest version.

Yes, but it is always recommended to use the latest version. Re-compiling the script with R39-5 in your computer and then update the plugin's file is not that big deal.

EDIT: For the above, move nativechecker plugin last in server.cfg to get rid of the messages about not registered functions. The plugin has been loaded correctly so all good.

Remove mysql.so, only use mysql_static.so. Make sure your database connection information is correct.
