Found a topic with a same question but it was years ago and now there is a new raspberry pi model. So my question remains the same if it is possible to make an GTA server on raspberry pi, with the latest version?

Probably yes. Will check out when I have the time to play around with mine. Might have some problems with running certain plugins though.

You cannot run the SA-MP server on the Raspberry Pi, or any other ARM processor for that matter. It has been compiled for the x86 architecture only.

Off course! I was worried about the plugins, but the server itself is compiled for i86 too My bad
