And you can script any type of overlay you want.

Steam Overlay I find kills my FPS at times. Another issue is that in War Thunder where I use shift and Ctrl to control my throttle, if I shift tab, I end up revving out, occasionally killing my engines.

I find absolutely no use for them. I control my skype with the keyboard. As for TS...well...I don't use TS.
I honestly don't use the steam browser either. I just hit alt+tab and use Chrome or Opera.
