But this has TS and Skype integration! I primarily use it for the TS overlay, it's really GOOD.

And you can script any type of overlay you want.
Uses JavaScript so you can make AJAX calls to web services.

I prefer overwolf since sometimes steam overlay dosent work on non-steam games..

Steam Overlay I find kills my FPS at times. Another issue is that in War Thunder where I use shift and Ctrl to control my throttle, if I shift tab, I end up revving out, occasionally killing my engines.

I find absolutely no use for them. I control my skype with the keyboard. As for TS...well...I don't use TS.
I honestly don't use the steam browser either. I just hit alt+tab and use Chrome or Opera.
