What is the difference between the green and the gray reputation points?

With more understanding, gray ones are given by the people who are not eligible to rep but still they rep somebody that rep is not counted which is gray (e.g people with less than 50 posts). Obviously green ones are the opposite to gray ones.

So, people have more reputation points from that they see? This is not really cool :/ but it is, what it is.

I noticed that after someone gave me a green point, after receiving a gray one, the gray one also counted.

Is there any way to see all of my reputation points from who they are?

Green reputation: actually adds a point (or more) to your reputation count.
Neutral/grey reputation: doesn't lower or add to your reputation count, also the default for new accounts to prevent "reputation fraud"
Red reputation (disabled): lowers the reputation count by a point (or more)
