I may sound like a stupid fellow or an idiot.But anyways can you guys tell me what i can do with a game-mp account ? I know that it lets you get your server on the hosted tab.But is it free of charge or is cheaper than other hosts or something like that ? And does it even host your server without hosted tab ?

Its the main seller of the hosted tab so yeah its cheaper, I guess.
All companies who provide hosted tab actually resell it from game-mp.com

It is cheaper. If you have a game-mp account, you can list your server on the hosted tab for 15 euro (as of this post).
However... If you pay a host they will charge you more for them to make a profit. It's normal.
