Have you try contacting KingJ on the forum he is still the owner/former owner of SmartBytes to my knowledge.

If your having issues with downtime i would recommend switching hosts. We at simplyfrag are on the official hosters list the same as SmartBytes if you wanted to give us a try, (promo sampforum - 20% off every month)

Smartbytes was somehow good in service , but shit on customer care as I said you open a ticket in Monday , you get the reply on next week/s it's been a year and same , he makes offers that makes the servers almost FREE no wonder either why is his income low
