why?is it bug from client or what?
my server slots are 50 and there are just 12 players,what is wrong?

You mean there are 12/50 players or you paid for 50 slots but only get x/12 slots?

If you only get 12 slots when you paid for 50, then open the server.cfg and make sure the slots are at 50, if the problem still persists contact your host.

What he's trying to say is that even though he has 50 slots and 12 players online he's not able to connect and is getting the message 'server full retry'

Sadly the same is happening with me and its not restrictive to only one server but for all.

Check if you have NPC's enabled on your script. NPC's use slots like players, even if they are just bots.

Yeah, check NPCS.
Check your server log if there are any flooders connecting or bots, If so download an anti cheat or make your own.

You might being attacked by a server connection flooder.
Update your server to the newest fully released SA-MP version, also check NPC's.

This Happened with me Today! I just restart my router! and it fixed that problem!

AntiFullServerAttack - "installed".
Antibot - there is my own version.
NPC's? None.

put that on server.cfg, it fixed for me and I don't even use that plugin.
