Make sure that your San Andreas Installation Location is correct i.e, your SAMP client is installed at the same location where your SA:SP is installed.

And, GTA SA Single Player doesn't work, still constantly stops working ...

In order to fix your problem, go to here, download and run the file inside as an administrator, locate your GTA:SA and SA-MP directory, should all be in once place, and then hit "patch", or something similar to that button. After waiting for it to finish patching, you may then proceed to start up SA-MP.

Well in that case you're most probably having a v1.0.1 which does not support any kind of modification.
