My file gta_sa.set when i delete that file, and back that file again...

Make sure that your San Andreas Installation Location is correct i.e, your SAMP client is installed at the same location where your SA:SP is installed.

In order to fix your problem, go to here, download and run the file inside as an administrator, locate your GTA:SA and SA-MP directory, should all be in once place, and then hit "patch", or something similar to that button. After waiting for it to finish patching, you may then proceed to start up SA-MP.

All time ago, when i reinstall GTA and put this crack, never make me problem. But i don't know what is problem now?

Well in that case you're most probably having a v1.0.1 which does not support any kind of modification.
use the below link and check if this works.
