A good gamemode? That can be achieved with money?
If you're looking to get a gamemode and are willing to spend money you could post at https://sampforum.blast.hk/showthread.php?tid=447813 to recruit somebody who's looking to work for money and that way get exactly what you want.

- Wear good clothes
- Make a Curicullum Vitae (CV) Means your work experience
- Go to random shops/markets or w/e you want
- Apply for the job
