So after 10-15 minutes of gameplay in SA-MP my PC freezes and I have to restart it, I can't alt+f4, ctrl+alt+delete or anything else, the PC just freezes. However my singleplayer works fine. I've tried the following to fix but nothing worked;
Running as administrator
Running in different compability modes
Re-installing the game
Formating my PC
Deleting .set + .dat files
Nothing has worked so far. My SAMP used to work normally before, and the error occured suddenly around a month ago.
MY PC SPECS;
Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit SP1
Intel Core i5 4440 @ 3.10GHz
4,00GB Single-Channel DDR3 @ 666MHz
2047MB NVIDIA GeForce GT 630 (MSI)
Help'd be apprecieted.

Clear up the shit you've collected over-time, Check for malware, spyware, and so on.

I did format my PC, cleared everything out. I've also tested my HDD, defragged it, tested my ram and cards and everything is OK.

And do you physically clean your PC every now and then?

I clean everything, procesor graphs, vents everything in great detail and that wouldn't be the issue probably since it only happens in SA-MP not any other games.

You tried updating drivers? Also make sure that gta_sa.exe isn't running in the background like use task manager to close it
and does the single player works?

Singleplayer works without a single problem, and every other game. I only have this issue with SA-MP.
EDIT: Yes, my drivers are up to date, I even tried downgrading nothing works.
