2. I think you haven't even made a command. Just edited the server configuration file and expecting commands to work that haven't even been scripted yet. Well that's what I'm thinking. Lets hope that's not the case. As I can see the "Sleep" TD, I can guess there is a "script". But it can also be a filterscript.
3. If you wan't help, you should provide us with some code. E.G your command script. Server log might help too.
4. But do NOT post that information here. Make a new post at the link I've given at my first point.
5. You don't expect us to make you a whole register/login system or, say, the whole server? If that's the case, good luck.
