What it's the best Mapping Program and why ?
I have also tried sa-mp multi map editor, but it's nothing special.

for whoever is saying MAP EDITOR please help me, i'm having a problem with..
I've been using it now for 2years but i've bought a new computer (w7) and it seems like i have a problem with using it :/
everytime i click on it (attempt to launch) it gives me an error about the graphic card.

But my card graphic is fine and all games working i even tried like 3 versions including THIS but NONE have worked and ****** isn't helping at all.. please help me?

Obviously it says to update your driver but try running it as Administrator.

If SA:MP map construction isn't working because of a graphical error like that it may be the matter of a system restore.

Atleast for me, everything somehow on my PC got corrupted / sound / audio, - and a system restore fixed it. Have you tried running as administrator?
