Mapping Program? - MasonPlay - 24.01.2015

What it's the best Mapping Program and why ?
I have also tried sa-mp multi map editor, but it's nothing special.

MTA is the worst in my opinion, San Andreas Map Editor has all objects and is one fo the simplest map editors, there are no others that can really compete with it

for whoever is saying MAP EDITOR please help me, i'm having a problem with..
I've been using it now for 2years but i've bought a new computer (w7) and it seems like i have a problem with using it :/
everytime i click on it (attempt to launch) it gives me an error about the graphic card.

please install proper graphics card. ****** will help you achieving this task. GDI generic

But my card graphic is fine and all games working i even tried like 3 versions including THIS but NONE have worked and ****** isn't helping at all.. please help me?

Obviously it says to update your driver but try running it as Administrator.

am already using the best ones? (as the driver installer says).

If SA:MP map construction isn't working because of a graphical error like that it may be the matter of a system restore.

Atleast for me, everything somehow on my PC got corrupted / sound / audio, - and a system restore fixed it. Have you tried running as administrator?
