Queries are insensitive. Here's an article on making them case sensitive: http://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.0/...nsitivity.html

I guess that you made the system in the wrong way. It is pretty weird. You are surely messing IDs.

I'll rewrite mysql_format in R40 anyway, so I'll see that I won't do the same mistake again (the mistake which is causing the crash in R39-2).
I can't tell when exactly R40 is going to be released. I originally planned a release for November, but yeah, didn't work out as I wanted. But a release for 2015 Q1 seems possible.

So using mysql_tquery will solve this problem ? And i must say every mysql server variables are default value and i don't change any variable!

Try using InnoDB for your tables. I've noticed that MyISAM is sometimes quite slow when reading from tables, even though it should supposedly be faster than InnoDB.
