I was playing on a server, where the owner said everything was custom and unique and that it was him who created it..

When I even confirmed that it was PR-RP by the same mapping and commands in a leaked PR RP script I found online, and I had someone who collects these GM's and sells them,etc...

Can I report him for this or something?

They've done it before... They did it for NGRP, and WC-RP scripts...

The copyright claims(which are INVALID as PAWN scripts ARE NOT copyrightable), are by the servers, and not SA:MP.

SA:MP has nothing to do with "stolen script take-downs".

You have absolutely no idea what you're talking about. Anything remotely creative that you write or create is inherently copyrighted. That includes any kind of code.

@OP: your best bet is to find out what host they use and filing a DMCA complaint with them.
