Verifique se adicionou corretamente o plugin no server.cfg

Veja se no server.cfg nгo estб escrito 'plugin' ao invйs de 'plugins'
Jб tive esse problema, meio chato atй!
Atualizei o Streamer e continuou, acho que й algum bug do samp, sei lб.
