Estou tentando ligar o server no meu pc windows, o plugin estб na pasta ''plugins''
O que eu faзo agora? Ja tenho o Net Framework 3.5 ~ 4.0

Verifique se adicionou corretamente o plugin no server.cfg

plugin para Windows
plugin.so para Linux

Veja se no server.cfg nгo estб escrito 'plugin' ao invйs de 'plugins'
Jб tive esse problema, meio chato atй!
Atualizei o Streamer e continuou, acho que й algum bug do samp, sei lб.
