I want to use MYSQL in Los Angeles Role Play, but there is not .sql file for create the database.

I have to create it manually or there is a file to make it

This is not very hard to create the .sql file. I used to create the .sql file manually when they were missing but now I create my whole filterscripts by myself, means that I exactly know what's inside.
I suggest you to do the same : create your own gamemode from scratch.
