Yep, I know this has happened to people in the past, it's happened to me before, yet I always forget how to fix it. I recently updated streamer, everything checks out, yet objects aren't loading in the script/server log. Do I just have to restart my comp, or is this something I can fix otherwise?

Why not try to restart it?.
What streamer are you using?.

Did you remember to change the include with the one for the newest version, then recompiling your script?
I recently changed as well. Please note that CreateDynamicObject now has 12 arguments instead of 11. It does post errors in the console. Check your server logs.
