Okay, so I need some good ENB Settings, preferabbly high quality but for a Low End PC/Laptop.

Do you know with what FPS you're playing GTA SA? Because I'm not sure if you can handle an ENB mod

It's around 30-50... Why not meet in the middle and say 40?
