Okay, so I need some good ENB Settings, preferabbly high quality but for a Low End PC/Laptop.

Specs are awful... I just need a good settings for a General (Low-End) Laptop.

Do you know with what FPS you're playing GTA SA? Because I'm not sure if you can handle an ENB mod
