Loading other sprites? [TextDraw]

I've been online in a lot of servers, and one that sticked out for me was one with sprites on screen that are actually from gta3.img. I've been working for sometime with sprites but I never succeeded to load for everyone without a custom file a txd file from gta3.img.

Is it possible? Cause the server has like 100 players daily and to do this texture, which I counted is about 90 maybe more dots(for the picture2textdraw) and 90*100 is way over the maximum limit of created textdraws.

So how do they do it? How is it possible?

I think that these objects were created by the server foundator.

Impossible, so how does it load for me?
If the server owner created this object, it won't work. I would have needed to download a special .txd file for it to work. I have found these objects inside gta3.img. For example

GTA3.IMG -> icons4.txd -> heart -- Second image, under the big speaker.

One more question, how do to you apply color onto the object? I am trying to apply green on object 1240 like in the example image. All I am getting is a red one.

EDIT: Nevermind! I've noticed I applied color onto the box and not the sprite. What a stupid move >.<
