Too start, my first issue was "Unable to execute" but I managed to resolve that by running SA:MP as Administrator however now when I try to join any server I am displayed with this SAMP Crash Code.

Do you have mods installed? Does that happen all the time, on all servers, or only on a specific one?

A possible solution would be to delete the .set file.

I don't and have done still not working. Even reinstalled it all same problem.

I do not think this is windows problem.
Should be a corrupted file in your server maybe plugin or filterscript or gamemode is buged/corrupted and crashed the server.
