So this topic in short is how nice new volt host is. If you make negative comments in their ******** page - you will get banned and your posts removed. Negative comments like: "Old Volt Host Mark P owner was better than current", or "You are delaying always the date of release panel..". For these kind of reasons they even ban people from ******** page and delete posts + same on their website. Be careful, if you say something bad there, you will be banned and all your money will be gone! Now lets say, why Mark P was better? He was replying to all tickets like normal staff - helping people. Hes a kind guy. He was also accepting negative feedback to improve the host. Here, they delete the negative feedback, haha.
They lost data of AMS1 and are blaming datacenter, wait, why Mark P / iLinx did never loose any data? Because he knew how to work here.. Volt was leading and best samp hosting company, until it got sold to these immature kids who dont know anything. Their support says always 'I'm not sure'.. I mean, what kind of support team is this haha? Doesnt even know anything?
Now, yesterday they planed to "release new panel" - finally! Lets see how it went.
Sadly, these posters @Fcb & Ricardo got banned for their comments, and the whole announcement of new panel was deleted too.
They made an excuse:
This excuse was because they dont know even how to install new panel, they are trying to keep clients. Now says again that they will change panel next weekend haha. Lets see... when last time they said they will make the panel ready...
And I made a ticket around nov 27 - so far no reply, more than 7 days. So make a support ticket, and wait maybe 1 month. Because they dont check support tickets or replies like 'I dont know'
I myself waited long enough, since nov 6 to get EU server, but they cant add any EU since they dont know how to use current control panel and also dont know how to add new one haha. Im pretty sure volt was sold for a very cheap price. Well that explains it then.
Now... wanna proof how people can be banned from their ******** page for negative feedback comments? all of your posts will be deleted.
Try yourself, post something like since nov 6 you dont add europe servers? What the hell is this? Time wasting? Post like that, you will be banned and your posts removed.
Yesterday one guy posted some questions like: Will there be anti ddos, will we get 7777 ports, will we get mysql automatically? After these posts they got removed and he got banned.. For what reason haha? And they say they care about costumers.

Where is the post from Los Matadores gone? Deleted. Why cant I see 'write a comment?' - because Im banned from this page. Proof'ed enough. nuts baby.

Worst servers, worst support, low level 'not strong' team of techs, since there is only aleksei and dominic who dont know how to add europe and use control panel or even make new one thats why they delay release dates always, Current volt clients - please dont wait for the panel to come at the date they always write on ********, when that date comes, they change it to another always like next week and more haha. Just trying to keep you with them!
P.S KingJ was sold to Smartbytes / kaisersouse - lets see, kaisersouse ALONE made new website, new USA location, increased support times, cut prices of games. And hes doing everything to improve! I mean.. strong team of volt cant add panel since they bought? at? september 1? more than 3 months passed.. They said they are working on new panel at 2013/09/01 haha.
I'm happy that it got removed from trusted hosts list, it should never be added there again.
Mark P / iLinx, if you are reading this, you did a very big mistake to sell it to them. Your staff was much better even if you said you cant provide good services, but, it was 100% much better than with these. Also, current volt staff plays samp and own some servers, so be careful guys! They may steal some scripts or mysql's from you if you got good servers with many people! P.S I hope Mark P / iLinx will open some new hosting company. name hasnt to be volt host, all the clients would come to you again from volt, since they know how much you did to make it the best samp host!
