My GTA SA Keeps stopping at halfway loading, I've done everything that the internet has supplied for me... Anyone can help me?

I have no mods or SAMP installed yet.

We need much more information if you expect us to help you:
Your Operating System
Define 'stops', is it crashing, freezing, locking up your computer, hanging your computer, restarting your computer, other?
Has it ever run successfully, if so have you made any recent changes to your computer, hardware or drivers since?
Does it load single player/sa-mp/neither?
If it is a crash what is the crash output? (copy and paste it here)
