2. The two Problem is with my radio system I have a **** song in my radio and I can't switch it to other Radio.
Please help me to remove this **** song.

It would be really hard to help you since it took me quite a while to fully understand your post.
Anyways, i suggest you get a full-time scripter (one that is being paid, not some 11 year old who works for free and will steal your server) and let him handle this if you can't script yourself, altho i've always been of the opinion that a server owner must script his own server, but those servers seem to be quite rare these days anyway, so...
