My GTA SA doesn't open anymore. If I want open GTA singelplayer It doesent open. And if I want connect SA-MP then I got Error:

And I doesen't got gta_sa.set file in my userfiles folder

Are you running any third party programs, hacking program or any hack?
Any mods installed?If you do tell me what mods.
It crashes whn it writes files,check permission problems or try clean install of the server.
Or like in old good time re-install it(GTA SA & SAMP)

Does the server out put a server_log.txt file when it's started?

Make sure gta_sa.exe isn't running in the processes tab in the task manager. I've had the game running in the processes but not visually in the taskbar rendering me unable from running the game.
