It makes perfect sense. Just because you're too incompetent to use a forum, it doesn't mean you can break the rules. The topic clearly said "Looking for scripters/helpers? Post here!" so any person with common sense would post in that topic. Furthermore, people don't want to spend time adding you on Skype. Post the details or don't post at all.
