If you need to make yourself admin, First register on your server then goto Filterscript folder -> Open yourname.ini file and edit adminlevel=0 to adminlevel=99999

1.So how am i able to make an interior for a house i created (/createhouse) cus when i unlock and get in i am at SA but without cars and all of the stuff (but then i /exit)
2(A).How am i able AS a Admin to Close/open a gate
2(B).How am i able to do a gate pass as an Admin and as a Server user
3. How can i park a car as a USER (As an Admin is /parkpcar)
4.What Garage Size There are

1. IF you did /createhouse exterior typ /houseint or /chouseint, Choose a interior and use /createhouse interior and than /createhouse complete, If it says the house ID already exist just spam the cmd.
2A. There is a command /agate, but i havn't worked with me so idk.
2B. I dont think its possible...
