IBP Roleplay. LSRP is also good, it's bigger but has an application process, although the quality is kind of dropping.

There's not many hardcore roleplaying servers around these days, some are quite unknown.

Maybe True Roleplay but everyone seems to be leaving it for some reason, their script is amazing though.
