I've reinstalled SAMP , GTA , i've try anything , a solution please?

You should try removing the .set file in your documents folder, if you haven't already. If that doesn't work, go ahead and perform a system restore on your computer (if you're running Windows). A system restore restores your computer to the date you select. For example, you can click on a date to restore the computer before the crashing. I had a familiar issue a while back and I didn't even reinstall. I simply did the system restore.
