Seems like you're not a creative roleplayer and you're not a type that plays a roleplay gamemode. And that's fine. You got the wrong idea of Prison Roleplay. Visit the server when it's online and you will see that it's not boring.

From my time playing on prison RP servers I noticed I like normal RP servers much more.

The roleplay in prisons is actually nice, but also having time in freedom is good so you can hang around with your "newly recruited gang member" you met in prison.

Although I will keep an eye on your server and check it out when it's online.

2. Ability to store different skin ID's inside ur cell (RP as an outfit)
3. a tattoo system. Where you're able to RP getting a dirty prison tattoo thats visible to other inmates.

Lunch lady

Side Jobs :

/makelicenseplate for a quick $100 (not added to paycheck & 5 min rest time)

/plantflowers every prison has community work, add a garden for prisoners to /plant and /pick the flowers (Wait for them to grow, and sell them for a quick $100)

Drugs & Weapons :

You are able to smuggle drugs & weapons by phone (Like the old prison)

** The abillity to change your walkingstyle /walk
** The abillity to change your talkingstyle /talk
** The abillity to change your runningstyle /run

Try adding a note system, /createnote , /givenote , /readnote , /shownotes

Also, everyone is assigned their own INMATE ID # that floats above their head.

Outsiders [gangs] who will accept cash to help a criminal escape. For cash, criminals need to work (lumberjacking, etc). The more money you get, you tell the gang guys to help you escape, you escape. You escape, you do shit again, and the real life police arrest you. (Real life as in, tenpenny skin-cops) You go back to prison.

Well the concept of Prison Roleplay is something quite unique. I've seen some Prison servers online but I don't want to sound rude but they got poor leaders and poor edited script. I'm trying to end that and give players an awesome area to roleplay in. There will be always something to do in the script I'm creating. Even when you're alone you will not be bored.

I'm thinking about a nice escaping system and I will keep this suggestion in my mind.

It's not Deathrace Roleplay it's Prison Roleplay. I don't see any link between these two subjects.
