There is nothing we (SA-MP Team) can do about this. You are free to persue your own legal path against the person, but it's far from easy and it's likely nothing will come of it.

Is the guy who hosts your server a recognized host? If so please mention his name so others won't suffer from the same problem, you seem rather mysterious about the issue (not mentioning his name or giving more information about the problem).

But as I get it from the posts, he's just some guy, not even a hosting service or whatsoever.
I don't think that there's much to do then, you'll just have to hope that he doesn't use it.

but i could host there for free because i 'knew' him (now i see that i didn't know him enough)

Yea when you give the hoster only the amx file he can only steal you gm maded. Is some probability to use some program for amx im not sure about this i never used
