is there anything i can do?

a guy (the one who hosted my server) stole my mode.. and i can't connect to the server any more (neither to rcon shit or ftp)
he will just go on with my gamemode :S and he doesn't give a fuck that he is stealing it :@
i know.. it isn't copyrighted or something.. so i can't do anything ... (or can i? =(
please help if it is possible

How do you know this for sure? You had to give him your .amx and you don't need the .pwn to run a game...only change the script. Has he changed the script?

but he's working on it for a few weeks now.. i really cant take the ... grr just to know that someone is messing with my mode :@

many other guys told me, so I'm sure of that because i can trust them

uhm yea he is changing it now, and adding stuff and he only had the amx file.

Who was the stealer? a guy named Mogge? Mogge- A common mode stealer.

If he is a regular hoster, does he has an web page of his hosting services? Is there any terms of use like "We at the bla bla bla hosting services will never ask for your private informations or use your private data on our servers". If there is sue his ass

Well how did you get that guy to host your server? I mean did he said anything like "Your data will be protect" and other stuff. It is bassicly your fault here. You should not let this guy host your server if there is not any terms of use or protection of your data.

Cant you just give us more information yourself? Why do others need to take info out of you ?(others = those who don't actually need that)

and..cant you just copyright it now? (1. it will not let others steal it. 2. Maybe the you can call police or whoever and say that it was already copyrighted at the time he did steal it(like he removed copyright lines) )

i do think he said that the script will be safe with him.. it's gotta be somewhere in a serverlog
but what can i do with that than?... i don't think i can use it

The other guys where serious to, when they say'd don't trust free hosts..
That has a reason.

Nothing to do with it, my gamemode has been stolen to, i told their hoster (not free) that they stolen my gamemode, and their hoster say'd to me, that this is my problem

I have my gamemode finished also now, and I will host it.
But I would never give the mode to someone to host it for me, no trust on it!
