When I run my Server.exe file it show this.after it shows every thing loaded.

You don't need help, it's self explanatory, you cannot connect to the update server.

Seeing as you are connected to the internet, I doubt it's your fault.

Your plugin/include probably writes that since there update server is down.

update your Server to 0.3e
update your plugins

You can't fix it, the problem is not in your script.
