You don't need help, it's self explanatory, you cannot connect to the update server.
Seeing as you are connected to the internet, I doubt it's your fault.
Your plugin/include probably writes that since there update server is down.

You can't fix it, the problem is not in your script.

Believe reading ****** knows this and he is going to change it to make it not look critical. You have the latest plugin; So there is nothing to update. You're fine.
