Hey I was wondering if anybody in the community would like to discuss SA:MP and servers through MSN. Here we can have group conversations and by having members of the community on MSN it would be quicker and easier to ask and offer help to other members instead of making pointless threads.

Oh, right I didn't know. I've never been on an IRC before do I have to download some kind of client to connect?

Offering to answer questions via instant messengers might be nice, but soon youll notice that it can be quite annoying to get tons of messages with all the same questions.

Yes you can use :

• • Pidgin
  • mIRC
  • xChat

And others as clients, however i also think you can chat on the IRC online never got around that, i just use pidgin for everything, including MSN, Yahoo!, ********, IRC, etc...

Just download your favorite IRC Client (Research on ****** if you want on the best one) then configure it to connect to the following server

Server: irc.gtanet.com
And then you can join / create / delete / own channels there the channels i get in and use most are the followings
Channels: #YSI, #sa-mp, #sa-mp.scripting
And to be honest they are mostly inactive, however you can join them if you want.

Or just go to http://chat.mibbit.com and use their web-based IRC client instead of downloading one.
