Seriously, common sense and ****** the error - find a forum specializing in vBulletin.

As I said in the post above:

This is not just PHP. It's vBulletin, and it's clearly using custom vBulletin functions, and you have not specified any information about what vBulletin version you are using, or anything helpful.

For your own good, go to a vBulletin modding forum - keep your vBulletin error shit out of the SAMP forums, we do not want it here, and it does not belong here.
