I know this forum isn't for PHP, but I'm in dyer need for this to work. I tried to contact vBulletin, but they won't respond.

I don't think you will find anyone who specializes in vBulletin errors at the SAMP forum..

Seriously, common sense and ****** the error - find a forum specializing in vBulletin.

And I know a lot of people who can script PHP, just because you might not be able to, doesn't make everyone else not able to.

This is not just PHP. It's vBulletin, and it's clearly using custom vBulletin functions, and you have not specified any information about what vBulletin version you are using, or anything helpful.

For your own good, go to a vBulletin modding forum - keep your vBulletin error shit out of the SAMP forums, we do not want it here, and it does not belong here.
