I've noticed that a lot of big servers sell different virtual items for real money for example Experience, In-Game cash ( for example this server: http://www.shop.ng-gaming.net/ ) and the RockStar Games' terms of service ( http://www.rockstargames.com/legal ), states:

All Online Services material, including, but not limited to, text, data, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, video clips, links, digital downloads, data compilations, and software is owned, controlled by, licensed to, or used with permission by the Company and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property rights. The Online Services material is made available solely for your personal, non-commercial use and may not be copied, reproduced, republished, modified, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any way, including by e-mail or other electronic means, without the express prior written consent of the Company in each instance.

Under "TRADEMARK AND COPYRIGHT INFORMATION" heading, so i was wondering if selling virtual goods on your own sa-mp server is legal ( as server owners are using their game ) ?

If you take that literally, SA:MP by itself is not allowed to exist (republished, modified, distributed). Although, IIRC, the license of GTA SA itself (and thus not R*) didn't contain that part, allowing Kalcor to make this mod (which is also the reason why he never made a IV-MP).

So ya, pretty much not allowed by this license. I've already posted this somewhere in a topic, but the reaction (and only that reaction) got deleted.

Keep in mind that most ToS and Licenses are just to back them up legally if it ever makes it to court. The ToS of most games say you need to pause each 90 minutes you play. That's their defense if anyone gets sight flaws.

literally means any script made, each single server code within SA:MP is the intellectual property of SA-MP

Which contradicts the License of GTA SA, because they also "own" every expression made within their game.

SA-MP is not owned by Rockstar Games (unlike the IV multiplayer, social club, etc) and therefor does not fall under these terms of service.
