I dont think you can pair it if i remember correctly, but you can forward it.

Well, It's really simple. There are lots of free domains around internet world but the most running free domain (.tk) is the simplest. You need to do is just go to www.dot.tk and register your domain (It can be done without registering on that site too) eg. Milan.tk and it will tell you if it is available and carry on doing the steps. At last it will ask you the Current address eg. Milan.90host.com and then you have to click Ok or whatever.. and then the Milan.90host.com will be changed to Milan.tk..Hope you understand if not watch the video below.

yes webbly asked me to enter your existing domain but when you create a .tk domain you should give it a URL and i forwarded and they told me to wait 48 hrs until they transfer the domain..but i have URL forwarded with that domain will that work?

i use .tk because others like .co.cc or .nr are blocked by security suits..
