I was just wondering is there a reason why the majority of servers on 0.3d RC9 are German?

Yea', sorry I forgot to state that. But still, there are hell of a lot of German servers on 0.3d RC9.

There used to be a lot of Russian servers awhile ago to. I think the German's are made that they are getting left out of the enjoyment of owning a server.
