idk how its called but i want some message that allways been in the screen
like in some server on the Botton is
/cmds /help /teles and etc...

First, it's the wrong section to post this thread. You should have posted it in scripting discussion.
Second, you must mean textdraws. Go and search on ****** on how to create one, or simply download textdraw creator from samp forums
