how did can i add Text in the server? [Lets say the server name on the top of the screen [in the middle]]

idk how its called but i want some message that allways been in the screen
like in some server on the Botton is
/cmds /help /teles and etc...

Probably means GameTextForPlayer() or whatever

First, it's the wrong section to post this thread. You should have posted it in scripting discussion.
Second, you must mean textdraws. Go and search on ****** on how to create one, or simply download textdraw creator from samp forums
