hey folks , more then 6 months and i'm looking for how to make a paypal account , some guys told me that i need a visa card , what is it , and how can i have it ? thanks

you need a debit/credit card, but a bank account if you want to be verified.

You don't need a visa card afaik. But on most sites your account needs to be verified (using a visa card) for you to be able to play. But a lot of sites allows you to pay even without a verified account (e.x. Volt-Host). You can transfer money to your paypal account using your bank account (if you have one). Or I guess you can use gift-cards?

You can register an account right now. You can also receive money on it from other people, but you can not pay at most shops/sites because you'd need to be verified [aka getting a card].

Get Visa Electron some day, it's free and no age limit, Paypal supports it.

Depends on what Visa Electron card you have. Mine doesn't work since it's a youth card. :/

Funny thing is.
One comes up with a problem of this one topic.
Then atleast 3 other people make a new thread about almost the same topic....

Anyways Issam as said inb4 there are shops/payouts where you don't need a verified account.
He also still can verify the account later on when he got a credit card.
