What is your gamemode script called?

Also, try adding a one after the "SAINTS_CREW" on your gamemode line. Mine looks like this:

Take a look at www.portforward.com for tutorials and basic knowledge of forwarding a port. For SA-MP you need atleast UDP with 4 number port, such as 7777.
