I did that and didn't work but I redownload it and put my data back and it works now but thanks

Lol, you could just restart the server , then you would be unbanned to.

You should note that in the future you need to remove the ban from the samp.ban file, edit your character's file (a file with your SA-MP username in the scriptfiles directory) to set 'Banned' (or something with a similar name) to 0 or -1 and then find a way to reload the bans (either through RCON (by typing "reloadbans") or by restarting the server).
